At Classic Catering our goal with every event is to assist you the client in making your service as painless and stress free as possible, while preparing and serving quality products, using classic culinary methods, and the freshest local ingredients. Fresh ingredients infuse a superior flavor for maximum taste and the highest quality product possible. Our Chef is Red Seal certified with over 25 years in the foodservice industry, and strives for excellence and customer satisfaction. We are focused on providing for you, a personal and professional experience, in the successful completion of your event.Customer service and satisfaction are our highest priorities, and Chef will work with you to develop a menu and fee which best suits your needs. Once you decide on your menu I will prepare an estimate based on your approximate numbers, and when you confirm with me the number of guests attending (one month before the event) I will revise your statement balance based on those numbers. In order to reserve your date, we do require a deposit consisting of half the cost of the total estimate to be paid at the time of booking. The industry standard 15 % gratuity is charged on all events.
